Research and study opportunities

Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program offers several opportunities available in the Western Hemisphere, including unique opportunities for U.S. Scholars to receive funding to teach or conduct research in the field of environmental studies throughout the Americas next year. They are currently recruiting for the U.S. Scholar program. The information below is a sample of available funding opportunities in the region but you can find a full list in the Catalog of Awards. The competition is currently open until September 16th.

Selected Environmental Studies Awards:

• Canada – Research Chairs in Environmental Science (4 grants) & Carleton University Distinguished Research Chair in Environmental Science (6 grants)

• Colombia – Biodiversity and Sustainable Development, Universidad Nacional de Colombia (1 grant)

• Brazil – Postdoctoral Award in Natural and Applied Sciences (5 grants)

• Chile – Science and Technology (10 grants)
